Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Heat up the serum, pour in the yeast. Stir (instead of whey, you can safely use milk or kefir). Melt the butter. Beat the eggs with a whisk, add sugar and vanilla. Beat again. Add melted butter, sunflower oil and beaten eggs with sugar to the whey. Mix it up.
Step 2:
Gradually introduce flour. Knead the dough well. The dough should be soft and elastic, after careful kneading, it should not stick to the hands. We put the bowl with the dough in a warm place for proofing.
Step 3:
We knead the dough twice, after that we start baking buns. If you make dough on sourdough, then one raising of the dough will be enough. Divide the dough that has come up into two parts. Table (work surface) lubricate with sunflower oil. Roll out the layer, lubricate the surface with melted butter (sunflower oil is possible). Sprinkle with sugar. You can use cinnamon or poppy seeds.
Step 4:
Roll up and cut into pieces.Grease the baking sheet with oil. Lay out the buns, grease with beaten yolk, let them come up for another 15-20 minutes.
Have a nice tea party !!!
