Cooking method
My first recipe, so unfortunately there are no step-by-step photos :(
1. Oat flakes need to be soaked in kefir for 15 minutes (you can grind them into dust on a blender, so you won't see what it's made of, but you can also use fine-ground flakes)
2. Add 1/2 tsp of soda to the mixture and mix well so that it is extinguished with kefir + add and stir the egg + stevia well (you can do without sweets at all, then pour the finished honey). Also, if desired, add fruits, berries, chocolate (finely crumbled), nuts, I did with such fillings as 1.apples + cinnamon; 2.cherries and both turned out very tasty :)
3.Heat the oven to 180 ° C and put it on for 15-20 minutes, check the time depends on the oven. Bon appetit :)
P.S.main ingredients + apple = 150 calories per 100 grams.
