Step-by-step cooking
Mix flour with baking powder, salt, sugar.
Add the melted butter, sour cream and knead the tender dough. Put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
At this time, peel the apples, cut in half. Remove the peduncle and cut out the core.
Divide the dough into 9 - 10 parts. Roll each one into a ball and leave for 10 minutes.
Then roll each ball into a circle 3-4 mm thick. In the middle, put half an apple slice up. If desired, you can additionally pour sugar or put dried fruits into the recess of the apple.
Lift the edges of the dough and connect them over the filling.
Thus form all the products.
Grease the convex part of each cookie with yolk and sprinkle with sugar. Place on a greased baking sheet seam down. Prick the surface of the cookies with a fork in several places.
Put in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 170-180 degrees.
You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
