Chicken legs, well washed, dried with a paper towel.
Now we take the pepper adjika (I buy it in a magnet with all the seasonings.) mix with tomato paste, add garlic (to your taste) and let it stand for 40 -1 minutes at least (the longer the better for 2-3 hours)
Now fry the chicken on ras. oil on both sides. Add 60-100 g of wine (I have white) and stew the chicken in wine.
If necessary, add salt, pepper and until cooked under the lid. Enjoy your meal
