Prepare vegetables (eggplant, tomatoes, fresh pepper, onion, garlic and herbs)
Rinse under running water.
We put all the vegetables, except the greens, in a frying pan or other container and put them in the oven for baking.
Bake for 40 minutes until soft.
We wipe the vegetables, or grind them in a blender.
Add salt, fresh garlic, herbs.
Served with meat.
