Let's take apples of a small size, cut each in half, free from seeds and peel them from the skin.
Divide the dough into small balls the size of a large walnut.
We roll out each ball into a flat cake, put half of the apple in the center with a slice up.We wrap it to the center and pinch it.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and spread the buns on it at a small distance from each other with the seam down.
Prick the top of the buns with a fork, grease with protein, sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 180 gr. 30 min.until light browning.
