Batbuts are small cakes that can be eaten instead of bread, and you can cook with any fillings.
Knead the dough from all the ingredients until it stops sticking to your hands.
Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out each part into a layer of 4 mm.
Cut out the circles with a glass of a suitable size, about 5 cm.
We lay out the tortillas on the surface and let them come up for 20 minutes, covering them with a film.
