Step-by-step cooking
1. In a low-fat bowl, beat the whites together with salt to sharp peaks. Gradually add sugar.
2. Pour almonds, ground into crumbs and coconut chips.
3. Mix with movements from top to bottom.
4. Turn on the oven for 150 gr. On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, put the meringue using a pastry bag.
5. Reduce the temperature in the oven to 100 and dry the meringue for 1.5 hours.
6. Then decorate with chocolate, melted in a water bath, sprinkle with coconut chips.
