Step-by-step cooking
Beat the whites to sharp peaks.
Add powdered sugar in parts. Beat into a smooth mass.
Add honey. Beat it up.
Pour in the coconut chips, flour and mix with a spoon, moving from top to bottom.
Put it in the cold for 15 minutes.
Put small cookies on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bake at 150 degrees until golden brown (about 20-30 minutes).
