Step-by-step cooking
Pour flour into the mixer, grate butter on a coarse grater.
Mix flour with butter until crumbs are obtained.
Beat the yolks with sugar until white.
Add sour cream.
Add soda, slaked with lemon juice.
Mix everything up.
Put the beaten yolks in a sand crumb.
Mix everything well.
Put the dough on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle the dough with cinnamon.
With a mixer, beat the whites into a thick and fluffy mass, add sugar and beat again.
Then whisk with lemon juice.
Combine the peeled and diced apples with the whipped whites, mix and put on the dough.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes to bake until a light golden crust.
Cut into cakes when warm.
