Step-by-step cooking
Cut the eggplant into plates lengthwise, fry them on both sides.
Cut tomatoes into circles, also fry them in vegetable oil.
Cut the mushrooms with plates and fry.
We do the same with onions.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, chop the greens. Pita bread is cut into six rectangles according to the size of the baking sheet.
Now we put the pie in layers in the baking tray.
