First we boil our chicken fillet until it is completely ready. Then finely chop the mushrooms (you can take any, but if you use mushrooms picked in the forest, it is better to boil them beforehand). After that, we also finely chop the onion. Put the onion in vegetable oil, fry. Fill up the mushrooms and stew them until they have liquid in them. Add the chicken fillet, salt and pepper to taste, fry for five to seven minutes (depending on how you cut the chicken meat). Now we take a clean frying pan and fry the flour in it until light brown. Pour in sour cream, salt as much as necessary, put pepper and wait for the first boughs. As soon as the sauce boils, remove from the heat. Pour the chicken mass with white sauce, mix and put in pots. Sprinkle liberally with grated cheese on top. We send it to the oven on the grill for about half an hour (the temperature is about 180 degrees). That's it, our food is ready, you can eat it hot.
