Step-by-step cooking
The culinary recipe of this Julienne is perfect for a buffet or will serve as a great lunch at work. Hearty and delicious favorite food, in a convenient serving. Let's cook a French julienne with chicken in a baguette. Any mushrooms are washed, dried, finely chopped and fried in vegetable oil until the liquid boils. We take out the mushrooms with a slotted spoon into another bowl, and in the same oil we pass the chopped onions to a transparent state. We return the mushrooms to the frying pan and add small pieces of chicken fillet, warm up all the components. Then sprinkle with flour, stirring the contents of the pan constantly. Next, pour in the cream, a glass of water, sprinkle with salt and spices, mix and simmer for 10 minutes. Do not forget to stir Julienne periodically. You should get a thick sauce. We cut the baguette into identical pieces and use a knife to cut out the crumb from them to make cups. We arrange the baguette cups on a greased baking dish and fill them with julienne, and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake the contents of the mold in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, at the end we switch the oven to the grill to get an appetizing cheese crust. Julienne with chicken in a baguette is ready, bon appetit!
