I read this culinary recipe in a magazine. Then, on occasion, I tried to bake it. To do this, I beat the eggs with a mixer and added condensed milk there. Margarine softened in a frying pan and poured into that mixture. Without stopping whipping the mass, gradually began to pour out the sifted flour, and then added soda slaked with vinegar. Then I finally kneaded the dough, soft and put it on a baking sheet, which I pre-greased with butter and sprinkled with sifted flour. The dough is evenly distributed on the surface of the baking sheet. Preheated the oven at 180 C and inserted the baking sheet into the oven, turned down the heat to medium and baked for about half an hour. When the biscuit was ready, I took it out and let it cool. Then I divided it into several cakes, and smeared each cake with prepared sour cream. For the cream: I thoroughly whipped sour cream 2 cups with 2 cups of sugar, added vanilla sugar to taste and carefully introduced walnuts into the whipped mass, which I crushed in advance. The top of our cake was covered with sour cream and sprinkled with chopped nuts. In order for the cream to remain airy, the cake with sour cream is served on the table immediately.
