Step-by-step cooking
To prepare this culinary recipe, beat the eggs with a broom or mixer. Add granulated sugar and baking powder one pack. In another bowl, mix sour cream and honey. When a homogeneous mass is obtained, we pour it to the eggs. We sift the flour and add it to our mass. Mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained, the consistency of the dough should be like rustic sour cream. We wash the mold, lubricate it and pour the resulting dough into it. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Bake our dough in a preheated oven. After that, we leave the biscuit in a warm place and when it cools down a little, cut it into 2 cakes. Then whisk the boiled condensed milk together with cream. We lubricate the bottom cake with the finished cream. Almonds are crushed in a mortar or in a coffee grinder, and then pour half of the crushed almonds over the cream and cover with a second cake. With the remaining cream, gently lubricate the top cake, and decorate with the second part of almonds. Honey sour cream cake is ready!
