So, first we peel our apples, then cut them into small cubes. Mix with raisins, sugar and cinnamon, leave to soak in the flavors thoroughly.
Roll out the puff pastry in a thin layer, then cut off the edges so that an even rectangle is obtained. We put our filling on one edge and carefully wrap the dough, forming a roll. So that the layers of our roll do not diverge, it is better to lubricate them with pre-whipped protein.
