Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater, add egg, sugar, a pinch of salt, vanilla, mix everything well, add 100 g of ras. oil- stir.
Pour flour continuously stirring, (dough like pancakes), pour soda. If desired, add poppy seeds, nuts, raisins, black currants, of your choice (I added nuts and raisins). Grease the baking sheet with ras. butter, put the dough and bake at t - 200 * 50-60 min.
Let the pie cool, cut into 2 layers, layer with cream, connect, putting one layer on top of another and pour cream on top again. Decorate for your approval. H pumpkin pie left just under the cream
