Pizza is an ideal food, because you can cook it from absolutely different ingredients, make it sweet or spicy, meat or vegetarian. But there is one unpleasant detail in each pizza – these are the sides of the dough. They are dry, often even over-dried and, as a rule, remain on the plate. Yeast is diluted in 100 ml of warm milk with 1 tsp flour and a pinch of sugar. We let them come up to form a cap.

 We remove the dough to come to a warm place for one hour.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil.
Add sliced champignons. Fry. Cool it down.
Separate a small piece from the dough, roll a thin sausage with your hands and roll the sausage into a ribbon with a rolling pin.
Put the cheese cubes on the tape with a side of 0.5 cm .
Wrap the cheese in the dough.
Roll out the remaining dough into a circle.
Grease the edges with beaten egg and put the dough with cheese.
Grease the dough with ketchup and mayonnaise.
