Remove the crust from the loaf, leave only the crumb and fill it with milk.
Step 3:
Divide the egg into yolk and protein. Mix the yolk with sugar and softened butter.

Apples peeled from seeds and skin are grated on a coarse grater.
Step 5:
Combine the yolk-oil mixture with apples, steamed raisins and a pinch of cinnamon.

Add the mashed crumb of the loaf and mix.

Add flour, mix well.

We introduce the protein gently whipped into a strong foam, mix until smooth.

Put the resulting mass in a greased form, put it on a pan of boiling water, cover with a lid and cook for about 50 minutes.
