Step 1:

Pour one hundred to one hundred and fifty milliliters of beef broth into a bowl with minced meat, then mix all the ingredients properly, then set aside the bowl and let the minced meat soak in spices for twenty minutes.

After a while, sprinkle the work surface of the table with a small amount of wheat flour and spread the dough, which then crumble and roll in flour.
Step 12:
Divide the dough into three approximately equal parts and roll out one of them to a fairly thin tortilla two millimeters thick.
Step 13:
Cut the tortilla into twelve square pieces of the required size and spread one full tablespoon of cooked minced meat on each of them.
Step 14:
Well blind the opposite edges of each workpiece with minced meat.
Step 15:
Pinch the two opposite edges well and form manta rays.
Step 16:
Spread the manti on a pre-greased grill in a mantovark with boiling water placed on the stove, to which add a little vegetable oil with bay leaf, then cover the mantovark with a lid and cook them for a couple of thirty-five minutes.
