With the advent of a steamer in the house, we use it to cook various dishes, including steamed dumplings.

Add salt and soda to kefir, sift flour and knead a soft, elastic dough.

For the filling, chop the cabbage, finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Fry the vegetables in sunflower oil until tender, season with salt and pepper. Cool.

Make a sausage from the dough, cut into pieces for each dumpling. Make circles of dough, put the filling on them, seal them.

Steamed dumplings for 6-8 minutes (depending on the size of the dumplings). Remove and pour a little roast. The rest should be served separately. You can cook dumplings in a steamer.

For frying, fry the thinly sliced onion in vegetable oil.
