Step-by-step cooking
I read the cooking recipe for waffles in a magazine. I am sure that homemade waffles according to this recipe turn out delicious, crispy. This kind of food is very popular with children and lovers of sweet pastries. Moreover, there are a lot of design and decoration options (powdered sugar, chocolate, icing) and you can please every lover of such baking.
How to cook? In half of the specified volume of milk, stir powdered sugar, egg, vanilla sugar, melted butter, flour. Knead the dough. Then add the remaining milk to the mass and, after mixing thoroughly, leave alone for 1 hour (for proofing).
After that, the waffles can be baked in the usual way - in an electric waffle iron or in a preheated oven over low heat on a baking sheet. The finished products are removed from the mold and transferred to the board. If you want, you can give the waffles the shape of tubes. To do this, the still warm waffles are rolled up on a thin rolling pin and dried in the oven. Waffle tubes can be filled with any thick filling (boiled condensed milk, jam, whipped thick cream with sugar).
