Cooking method
I like to cook pastries most of all, especially the fact that everyone at home also uses it with pleasure. And since I cook various goodies quite often, my family and friends are especially pleased with a variety of innovations. Recently, I read a culinary recipe for one dish in a magazine - lemon waffles. This food is extremely easy to prepare and delicious. So, we start cooking by whipping eggs and sugar into a fluffy mass for 5-10 minutes. Then add a little flour, zest and sour cream. Mix everything and leave the resulting dough for 10-15 minutes to infuse. After that, the dough is ready. Now we take a heart-shaped waffle iron and heat it over low heat. When the mold is sufficiently heated, pour about 3/4 cup of dough into the middle of the waffle iron. Cover and bake on both sides for 30-60 seconds on each side. It is important not to open the waffle iron during baking. After you have baked all the waffles, put them on a separate dish and decorate with berries or fruits. The dish can be served to the table!!!
