Cooking method
We take a deep plate and put butter in it (it is advisable to choose natural homemade, but if it does not work, we take the freshest of the store options). Soften the butter, but do not melt completely. Add granulated sugar to the oil and rub until the crystals completely dissolve.
We boil cow's milk and filter it, removing possible precipitation.
Sift wheat flour into a separate bowl to get rid of impurities and saturate with oxygen. This procedure will provide the finished brownie with a surprisingly delicate, airy texture. Cocoa powder should also be sifted through a sieve, this will rid the powder of lumps and allow it to dissolve better in the finished dough.
Add the cooled milk to the sugar-oil mixture and stir thoroughly so that there are no lumps left. Then we begin to pour flour and cocoa, we do it in portions, mixing each part well to get a homogeneous mixture.
The finished dough is immediately poured into cups, filling them to the middle. Here you can do different things, if you want a clean sponge cake, without additives, then you can immediately send the cups to the microwave. If you want to get a cake with a filling, then pour the desired topping into the center of each mug (chocolate syrup or chocolate crisps, or you can just break a chocolate bar and put a piece). We spread another spoonful or two of dough on top to completely cover the filling, and send it for 1-1.5 minutes at a power of 800 watts.
If the cake will stand a little longer, then the consistency will be more elastic, for lovers of a more viscous-viscous chocolate mass, keep no more than a minute.
Brew fresh tea or brew fragrant invigorating coffee and enjoy a delicious chocolate brownie from the microwave oven. Also, such a treat can be served with cocoa or just warm milk.
Bon appetit!
