Step-by-step cooking
So, defrost pork – 10 minutes in the microwave. When the meat is sufficiently thawed, I cut it into portions. I peel the onion and cut it into rings. I peel the Bulgarian pepper from the seeds and cut it into strips.
I put pork, onion and sweet pepper in a microwave dish, pour the ready broth and cook in the microwave at full power for 13-15 minutes. Meanwhile, I dilute the starch in the wine, stir well until the starch is completely dissolved and pour this mixture into the goulash and cook for another three minutes.
In the meantime, I'll quickly prepare a side dish, for example, I'll cook potatoes.
This delicious and bright dish can be a wonderful decoration of the festive table.
