Cooking method

Cooking time: 50 min

1. Break the eggs into a deep bowl, pour sugar, beat the mass with a mixer until it becomes completely light and increases in volume twice.

2. Then we sift flour into a fluffy mass, gently mix it with movements from top to bottom to leave the dough as fluffy and airy as possible.

3. My strawberries, cut off the stems, dry them slightly.

4. Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with a piece of butter and pour the dough into it, then spread the prepared strawberries as if pressing it into the dough, select the "Baking" mode and the cooking time is 1 hour.

Keep in mind that the cooking time and mode are indicated approximately in the recipe. All slow cookers work differently and even the same models of the same manufacturer may have their own characteristics. Before you start cooking a new dish for you in a slow cooker, carefully study the instructions for it, and then in practice try to cook dishes that are familiar to you first, and then new ones, choosing the mode and time individually for your own technique.

5. After the beep, we extract the pie using a steam strainer, sprinkle it with powdered sugar, decorate it with strawberries if desired.

Have a nice tea party to you!
