Step 1:

Step 3:
After an hour, mix the dough with a spoon.
Step 4:
Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with oil (butter is better, but you can also use vegetable oil). Close the lid of the slow cooker and set the "Heating" mode for a couple of minutes. Turn off the multivac and leave the dough to rise for another 30-40 minutes. Set the mode in the slow cooker "Baking" and put it on for 50 minutes.
Step 5:
After 30 min. turn over the pita bread.
