Step 1:
How to make risotto in a slow cooker? Let's start cooking with the preparation of the necessary ingredients. Please note that the amount of rice and water is measured in glasses for a slow cooker.
Step 2:
Peel the champignons from the film and cut into small pieces.
Step 3:
Finely chop the onion.
Step 4:
Cut the chicken breast into pieces.
Step 5:
Start cooking risotto. Pour sunflower oil into the bowl of the slow cooker and put the chopped onion. Fry the onion for 3 minutes in the "Frying" mode.
Step 6:
Add the mushrooms to the onion and fry in the same mode "Frying " 7 minutes.
Step 7:
Put the sliced chicken into the bowl of the slow cooker and continue roasting in the "Frying" mode for another 7 minutes.
Step 8:
Add the washed rice and wine to the slow cooker and in the "Frying" mode, evaporate the wine (4 minutes).
Step 9:
Put water and salt in the bowl of the slow cooker. Turn on the "Rice" mode for 20 minutes.
Step 10:
Delicious and fragrant risotto is ready. Serve to the table and enjoy the taste.

All slow cookers work differently and even the same models of the same manufacturer may have their own characteristics.
