Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients, wash/clean

While the onion is being fried, finely chop the carrots or three on a grater

Add mushrooms to the onion and simmer in the same mode "Baking" until the juice from the mushrooms evaporates.

Then add the carrots

Chicken should be cut into medium-large pieces.

Add meat to vegetables, salt, mix. Fry everything together for 10 minutes . all in the same mode "Baking".

Pour the well-washed rice on top, level, do not mix

Sprinkle spices on top.

Add water

The water should only cover the rice, no more. We set the "Rice" mode for 30 minutes. Closing the lid.
Step 13:
5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, stir the pilaf. After the end of the time, you can leave the heating function, then the rice will become even softer, but not more than 40 minutes, otherwise it will become too soft.
