Cooking method
1. My chicken fillet, cut into pieces arbitrarily, then grind with a meat grinder.
2. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the slow cooker, select the "Frying" program, spread the minced meat, fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes, spread to the minced meat, fry until transparent.
4. I wash the cauliflower, put it in boiling water and cook for a couple of minutes, then pour cold water over it, chop it finely with a knife and send it to a slow cooker, salt, pepper to taste, change the program to "Quenching" and cook for about 10 minutes.
5. We put the filling in a separate bowl, wash the bowl of the slow cooker, wipe it dry.
6. In a deep bowl, sift the flour, chop the butter with a knife, combine with flour, grind with your hands into crumbs. We collect the crumbs with a slide, pour cold water, add a pinch of salt, knead the dough.
7. We put the dough into the bowl of a slow cooker, distribute it forming a side, fill the pie with chicken and cauliflower filling.
8. Break the eggs into a bowl, whisk with a fork. Three cheese on a coarse grater, spread in the egg mass, add sour cream, mix and pour on the filling.
9. Install the Baking program for 30 minutes, cook with the lid closed, after the beep, open the lid, re-set the time for 30 minutes and continue baking only with the lid open.
The pie is carefully removed, cooled and served on the table.
