Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Take the following ingredients: zucchini, purple basil, parsley, garlic, sunflower oil, salt.
Step 2:
For cooking, use a young squash with unripe seeds and tender skin. Rinse thoroughly under running water, dry with a paper napkin. Trim the tails. Cut into circles about 0.5-0.7 cm wide. Season with salt to taste.
Step 3:
Rinse fresh parsley and purple basil, dry. Tear off the tender leaves, do not use the coarsened part. Chop finely. Place in a deep bowl.
Step 4:
Peel the garlic cloves from the husk. Grate on a fine grater or chop with a garlic chopper. Add to the spicy greens.
Step 5:
Pour sunflower oil. Mix it up.
Step 6:
Add sliced zucchini to the spicy mixture. Mix well so that the spicy mixture is evenly distributed over all the zucchini. Leave for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
Step 7:
Put the circles of zucchini in a mold. Pour 300-400 ml of water into the bowl of the slow cooker, preferably hot, install a steam grill. Put a form with zucchini on the grill. Close the lid tightly. Run the steamer/vegetables program. In my Moulinex CE500E32 model, this function lasts 5 minutes.
Step 8:
Steamed zucchini in a slow cooker are ready. Immediately serve to the table. Delicious with sour cream.
