Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Peel the onion and cut into quarter-rings.
Step 2:
Crush garlic, peel and chop.
Step 3:
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into 2 or 4 pieces.
Step 4:
Cut the bacon into strips. Heat the oil for 10 minutes on the Frying program.
Step 5:
Butcher the rabbit.
Step 6:
Season the meat.
Step 7:
Put the bacon, onion and mushrooms in the butter. Fry for 10 minutes. Add the rabbit and fry for another 10 minutes.
Step 8:
Add potatoes and prunes to the slow cooker. Season it.
Step 9:
Add wine.
Step 10:
If you have a pressure cooker, cook on Stew with the valve closed for half an hour. If it's a simple slow cooker, simmer for 1.5-2 hours.
