Step 1:
Prepare the brownie ingredients.
Step 2:
In a bowl, put the butter and the dark chocolate broken into pieces.
Step 3:
In the microwave or in a water bath, melt the chocolate with butter. If you heat it in the microwave, then warm up the mixture for 10-15 seconds, mixing it well each time. If you heat it in a water bath, then the bottom of the bowl with chocolate should not reach boiling water! Put the resulting chocolate mixture aside so that it cools slightly.
Step 4:
Meanwhile, you can chop the nuts (I used a mortar, but you can chop them with a knife, using a combine or using a rolling pin).
Step 5:
Add sugar and eggs to the cooled chocolate with butter.
Step 6:
Mix thoroughly with a whisk. Try to achieve complete dissolution of sugar, but if suddenly small crystals remain, it's okay.
Step 7:
Sift flour, cocoa powder and a pinch of baking powder into a bowl.
Step 8:
Mix the dough thoroughly with a whisk until smooth. There should be no flour lumps in the dough!
Step 9:
At the very end, add the chopped nuts and mix well again. The dough is ready.
Step 10:
Grease the form of a slow cooker with oil and sprinkle with a thin layer of flour or lay out with baking paper.
Step 11:
On the baking mode, bake brownies for 45-60 minutes or longer (I specify the time for reference, as it may vary significantly depending on the model of your multivark).
Step 12:
Carefully remove the finished brownie from the mold and place it on the grill or on a steaming stand and leave it to cool completely.
Step 13:
That's it, a delicious and very chocolate brownie is ready. Before serving, you can cut it into portions.
