Chocolate brownie in a slow cooker

Shockaholics, don't pass by! You will definitely like this recipe! American brownie cakes have become dearly loved by shockaholics all over the world. At its core, a brownie is something in between a pie, a cupcake or even a cookie. Anyway, it's very, very tasty! Brownies are prepared very simply, the main thing is to take high-quality dark chocolate, because the whole taste will be from it, so if the chocolate is not very good, then the brownies will turn out so-so... By the way, you can increase the amount of sugar to 200 g or reduce it to 100 g, depending on how sweet desserts you like. I baked brownies in a Binatone MUC-2180 multivark with a capacity of 1300 watts, the diameter of the bowl is 22 cm. If you don't have a slow cooker, then feel free to bake brownies in the oven at 180 C for about 25-30 minutes (check readiness with a skewer).

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h 15 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

    Prepare the brownie ingredients.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

In a bowl, put the butter and the dark chocolate broken into pieces.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

In the microwave or in a water bath, melt the chocolate with butter. If you heat it in the microwave, then warm up the mixture for 10-15 seconds, mixing it well each time. If you heat it in a water bath, then the bottom of the bowl with chocolate should not reach boiling water! Put the resulting chocolate mixture aside so that it cools slightly.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Meanwhile, you can chop the nuts (I used a mortar, but you can chop them with a knife, using a combine or using a rolling pin).

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Add sugar and eggs to the cooled chocolate with butter.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Mix thoroughly with a whisk. Try to achieve complete dissolution of sugar, but if suddenly small crystals remain, it's okay.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Sift flour, cocoa powder and a pinch of baking powder into a bowl.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Mix the dough thoroughly with a whisk until smooth. There should be no flour lumps in the dough!

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

At the very end, add the chopped nuts and mix well again. The dough is ready.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Grease the form of a slow cooker with oil and sprinkle with a thin layer of flour or lay out with baking paper.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

On the baking mode, bake brownies for 45-60 minutes or longer (I specify the time for reference, as it may vary significantly depending on the model of your multivark).

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

Carefully remove the finished brownie from the mold and place it on the grill or on a steaming stand and leave it to cool completely.

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

That's it, a delicious and very chocolate brownie is ready. Before serving, you can cut it into portions.

  14. Step 14:

    Step 14.

And to make the taste even more chocolate, you can serve it with chocolate sauce! Bon appetit!
