Baked apples with cottage cheese in a slow cooker

Cooking method
Using a whisk, beat the yolk with sugar. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Mix it with the yolk-sugar mass, add cinnamon and vanilla, steamed raisins in advance.
With a sharp knife, carefully cut out the core of the apples so as not to pierce the apples through. Fill them with curd mass. Put the stuffed apples in a bowl for a slow cooker, bake them in the "Baking" or "Multi-cooker" mode for half an hour.
The finished dessert can be served with homemade berry jam or with cold sour cream.
