Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Our products. Pre-defrost the fish.
Step 2:
Rinse the rice several times (until the water is clear), pour it into the bowl of the slow cooker, add salt and pepper to taste, add turmeric and pour water (take the amount of water at your discretion, which rice you like)
Step 3:
Cut tomatoes circles ...
Step 4:
Cut the fish into portions...
Step 5:
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater...
Step 6:
I advise you to put the steamer bowl on a tray (so as not to dirty the table when you put the ingredients in it), lightly lubricate with vegetable oil.
Step 7:
We put a layer of fish in a steamer bowl, salt and pepper to taste ...
Step 8:
Spread a layer of tomatoes on top ...
Step 9:
Lubricate everything slightly with sour cream (those who like fatter can lubricate with mayonnaise).
Step 10:
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Step 11:
Install the steamer bowl in the slow cooker (where we already have rice in the bowl), close and set the steam mode" for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, the fish is ready, the rice needs to be checked - if the liquid has not evaporated yet, then (removing the steamer) add another 5-10 minutes. And the dish is ready!
Step 12:
We serve the dish and invite the household to dinner. Bon appetit!
