Cooking method
1. We sort out the currants, remove the leaves and twigs, other rubbish. Then wash and let the water drain.
2. Pour the berries into the bowl of the slow cooker.
3. Fill the currant with sugar.
4. We set the "Extinguishing" mode, the time is 1.5 hours.
5. Pour the finished hot jam into sterile jars, roll up the lids and let it cool in the heat.
