How to fry chicken legs in a breaded slow cooker?
1. Wash the chicken legs, remove the skin from them and dry them.
2. Beat the egg with a fork or whisk, whichever is more convenient for you, add a little salt and a little ketchup for a ruddy color.
3. Breading the legs, first thoroughly rolling them in flour, then dropping them into the egg mixture, and then into breadcrumbs.
4. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the slow cooker and turn on the "Frying" mode. As soon as the oil warms up, spread the breaded legs and fry until a beautiful golden color on all sides. The roasting process lasts about 25 minutes. To reduce the roasting time, you can pre-boil the chicken legs until half cooked in the same slow cooker, choosing the appropriate mode.
5. Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds.
