Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2:
Cut the ribs into small pieces.
Step 3:
Put the ribs in the bowl of a slow cooker and fry for about 15 minutes in the "Frying" mode until golden brown. Add salt and pepper.
Step 4:
Grate the carrots and add them to the ribs.
Step 5:
Fry together for another 5 minutes.
Step 6:
Diced potatoes.
Step 7:
Add washed rice, potatoes and a whole onion to the ribs.
Step 8:
Pour in water.
Step 9:
Put the slow cooker in the "Soup" mode (if not, then in the "Cooking" mode) for 25 minutes.
Step 10:
Chop the parsley and add it to the soup at the very end of cooking. Add salt to the soup if necessary. Let the soup stand under the lid for 5 minutes and pour on plates.
Onion can be finely chopped and fried together with ribs and carrots.
