Cooking method
1. Soak the bread in milk, add to the minced meat, knead well.
2. Finely chop the onion and fry it in butter until transparent. Add onion to minced meat, add raw egg, salt, pepper. Knead the minced meat.
3. Form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs.
4. Turn on the slow cooker in the "Baking" mode and fry the cutlets for 20 minutes on one side, turn over and fry for another 10-15 minutes until ready.
