Semolina porridge without lumps in a slow cooker

Kids' favorite porridge. Cook in a slow cooker! Semolina is considered a children's porridge, although adults also eat it with pleasure. The only criterion for semolina is the absence of lumps, as they significantly worsen the taste and appearance of the finished dish. Try to cook porridge in a slow cooker according to this recipe and don't worry about the lumps!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 15 min

Pour semolina into the bowl of a slow cooker, add sugar, mix.

Pour in milk and water, add half the butter.

Select the "Milk porridge" mode and cook for 10 minutes.

A couple of minutes before the porridge is ready, you need to mix it with a whisk.

Pour semolina into serving plates and serve it on the table, flavored with butter. I don't salt porridge. You can add salt to taste along with sugar.
