Step 1:
Prepare the products. Wash apples and pears. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
Step 2:
Cut out the middle of the fruit with seeds and cut the pulp into cubes. I do not peel, it is not hard and the pieces will be whole. If you want, you can remove the skin.
Step 3:
Put the sliced fruits in the bowl of the slow cooker and cover with sugar, shake a little.
Step 4:
Put the bowl in the slow cooker, close it and turn on the program "quenching" for 1 hour. During this time, the fruits will become soft and let the juice.
Step 5:
I do not recommend adding water. Look - the jam becomes the desired consistency. After an hour, turn off the slow cooker and let the jam cool down. A couple of hours is enough.
Step 6:
Then we will cook our jam on the principle of jam-five minutes. We put the bowl in the slow cooker, close it and turn on the program "steaming" for 15 minutes.
Step 7:
Stir the jam. See, it's already getting a caramel look) When the program ends, turn off the slow cooker and let the jam cool down again for a couple of hours.
Step 8:
The second cooking approach is exactly like the first - turn on the "steaming" mode for 15 minutes. Slices of amber-colored pears and jam has a pleasant caramel taste)
Step 9:
During the second cooking, add the juice of half a lemon. Try the jam to taste, if you want a more pronounced sourness - add the juice of a whole lemon. At the end of the program, turn off the slow cooker and let the jam cool for a couple of hours. And the third approach is again "steaming" for 15 minutes. During this time, we sterilize the jars in any way convenient for you.
Step 10:
When the program ends, pour the jam into jars and close. Turn it upside down and wrap it up until it cools down completely. And then we remove it to a cold place.
Step 11:
