Lazy cabbage rolls with minced chicken in a slow cooker

There is practically no harmful cholesterol. In addition to its usefulness, this dish is also very tasty, you will not regret trying it! Recommended for baby food. Already cooked, I store these lazy cabbage rolls in portions in the freezer and defrost as needed.

    Pour a little olive oil into the slow cooker and turn on the "Frying" mode. Passivate the chopped onion and garlic until transparent, then add the chopped carrots and fry for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Chop the cabbage finely about 2x2 cm.

    Add rice and cabbage, mix well, and fry for another 5 minutes.

    Fry the cooked minced chicken breasts. I did it in a frying pan, simultaneously with frying vegetables in a slow cooker.

    Mix the fried minced meat with what we have in the slow cooker. Add salt, spices, and water from soaking the rice. Mix well.

    Put the vegetables to cook in the "Vegetables" mode.

    It will not be worse if the finished dish is heated in the "preheating" mode.
