Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
All the ingredients in our cabbage rolls, Rice already soaked in water at the rate of 1 to three.
Step 2:
This is our slow cooker, in which I will cook lazy cabbage rolls with minced chicken.
Step 3:
Pour a little olive oil into the slow cooker and turn on the "Frying" mode. Passivate the chopped onion and garlic until transparent, then add the chopped carrots and fry for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4:
Chop the cabbage finely about 2x2 cm.
Step 5:
Add rice and cabbage, mix well, and fry for another 5 minutes.
Step 6:
Fry the cooked minced chicken breasts. I did it in a frying pan, simultaneously with frying vegetables in a slow cooker.
Step 7:
Mix the fried minced meat with what we have in the slow cooker. Add salt, spices, and water from soaking the rice. Mix well.
Step 8:
Put the vegetables to cook in the "Vegetables" mode.
Step 9:
It will not be worse if the finished dish is heated in the "preheating" mode.
