Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare simple foods. I have 4 carp steaks weighing 150 grams each. Spices for fish take what you like.
Step 2:
Wash the fish steaks well, dry with a paper towel. Put it in a bowl, salt and pepper, add spices for fish. Mix everything well.
Step 3:
Add vegetable oil and lemon juice. Mix it up. Tighten the bowl with cling film and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Step 4:
When the fish is marinated, we put the pieces in the steamer bowl. If there is no steamer, you can cook this dish for a couple in a slow cooker. On top of each piece of fish we put a sprig of dill, this is for flavor and pour the remnants of the marinade. Cooking time is 30 minutes. If you have larger pieces, increase the cooking time.
Step 5:
Here is our healthy and delicious fish ready. We remove the dill twigs, we no longer need it. Steamed fish turns out juicy, tender and very fragrant. Yes, besides useful! Serve with fresh vegetables or you can also cook a side dish for a couple.
Step 6:

It will be good to serve mashed potatoes to such a fish as a side dish. And if you want a more dietary option, cook vegetables - broccoli, carrots, cauliflower for a couple - it will be delicious and healthy!
