Cooking method
1. The whitefish carcass is rubbed with coarse sea salt outside and inside. Ginger is cleaned, cut into thin strips, you can grate on a vegetable grater in Korean.
2. We put the fish on a steam strainer, sprinkle with ginger. Pour water into the bowl of the slow cooker (1 liter will be enough), set the program "Steam" when the water boils, install a strainer with fish, close the lid.
3. Cook for 15 minutes, then spread on a dish, immediately pour soy sauce.
4. Cut green onions, sprinkle them with whitefish, pepper. Peanut and sesame oil is heated in the microwave or on the stove, pour it over the fish and serve it on the table.
You can garnish the dish to taste.
