Cooking method
1. Put gelatin in a bowl, pour 100 ml of cold water.
2. Rinse the turkey under running water, cut into medium-sized cubes.
3. Put the prepared meat in the bowl of the slow cooker, pour the rest of the water, add garlic, bay leaf, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
4. Install the "Jelly" program, select the cooking time - 4 hours.
5. Now , before the beep , you can go about your business . Then remove the bay leaf, add the swollen gelatin, mix thoroughly until the gelatin is completely dissolved and pour into molds (you can simply cut off the plastic bottle).
6. Send the molds to the refrigerator for a couple of hours before solidification, then remove the finished brawn and cut into circles about 1 cm thick .
