    Cut 3-4 layers of foil from the roll. Place the fillets in the center, wrap each layer so that all the seams are on top.

    Bake meat in a slow cooker in the "Baking" mode for 1 hour. After the slow cooker has worked out the mode, leave the meat in the bowl (do not open the lid) for another 1 hour. Then take out the pork and put it right in the foil in the refrigerator for another 5 hours. The fragrant homemade pork is ready!

This recipe was "brought" to me by a relative from Krasnodar. She is an adherent of healthy nutrition, she does not tolerate purchased sausages herself and does not allow her family to buy. I was suspicious of the recipe at first, but it exceeded all expectations! Sandwiches with such boiled pork are hearty, and it's not a shame to put just slicing on a festive table. I don't want to drink after pork, and it tastes great. Of course, the final result is influenced by the quality of meat - I have a turkey from my personal farmstead, but if you take the choice of meat with due attention, then you can find a good bird in the market and in the supermarket. By the way, I tried to cook such boiled pork with chicken breast. It turns out very tasty too, but a little bland. After all, turkey fits better. The only drawback of this pork is a fairly short shelf life. In my experience, the finished product is stored no more than 48 hours, of course, in the refrigerator. As for spices, I prefer Kamis brand seasonings. They have very high-quality spices, with a pronounced taste, not sour, not destroyed, without dust and dust. And the smell of cooked pork confirms this!
