Cooking method
1. Remove the eggs from the refrigerator in advance so that they are not excessively cold.
2. Melt the butter and cool it.
3. Warm up the serum.
4. Sift the flour.
5. In the bowl of the bread maker, send the whey, eggs and butter, and on top of flour, salt, turmeric, vanillin, sugar and yeast. If your bread maker has a different technology for laying products (first dry, and then liquid), then lay it.
6. Set the "Fast" mode or the closest to it is approximately 2 hours (+/- 15 minutes). The dough will turn out to be quite liquid.
7. Rinse the raisins and soak them in hot water so that they swell. Then drain the water, dry it and mix it with flour (you need a little flour).
8. After a special signal, send the raisins into the bowl of the bread maker.
9. Sprinkle the finished cupcake with powdered sugar and cool on the grill.
