Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 3 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Necessary ingredients. Very important! Use the way to bookmark products that is specified in the instructions for your bread maker! I have first loose, then liquid

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

At the bottom of the bucket we put dry yeast

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Then oatmeal. If you don't have it, don't worry - grind the oat flakes in a blender or coffee grinder

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

    Put wheat flour

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

    Add salt

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

    Sugar

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Put the oat flakes, leaving some for sprinkling the tops (optional)

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Now it's the turn of the liquid - pour in the vegetable oil

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Then kefir (yogurt or natural yogurt)

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

    Add warm water

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

That's it! We set the program "Bread", the size is "Average" (I have it designed for 680 g) and the color of the crust. We calmly go about our business - the bread maker will do all the work for us!

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

After 5-10 minutes, we will still check the consistency of the dough - it should be in the form of a smooth, even bun, if the dough is runny and smeared on the bottom - add a little flour, and if on the contrary - there is flour on the bottom and the dough is too tight, then add water. But if you have observed the proportions specified in the recipe, then most likely you will get the same correct bun as mine

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

Approximately 1.5 hours before the end of the program, lubricate the top with water

  14. Step 14:

    Step 14.

And sprinkle with flakes (this stage, of course, is optional)

  15. Step 15:

    Step 15.

At the end of the program, our fragrant, ruddy bread is ready, and although oatmeal is usually quite heavy in itself, bread bread has increased by about 3 times, like regular bread. But thanks to the addition of oatmeal, it is now more useful for us!

  16. Step 16:

    Step 16.

Now you just need to be patient and wait until the bread cools down, because it is not recommended to eat baked goods in hot form

  17. Step 17:

    Step 17.

Cut the cooled bread and taste

  18. Step 18:

    Step 18.

    Bon appetit!
