Cooking method
The most basic secret of this cupcake is that the ingredients are mixed separately, but only the baking process takes place through a bread maker. After all, the bread maker is not able to beat liquid products until a smooth, homogeneous mass is obtained.
Beat eggs with sugar in a deep bowl with a mixer until a fluffy and homogeneous, almost white mass is obtained.
Add kefir and beat it well again.
Without ceasing to beat, add the melted and cooled margarine and whisk until the ingredients combine into a shiny mass.
Sift the flour, mix it with baking powder.
We introduce the flour into the liquid mass in parts and beat it thoroughly again.
Crumble the chocolate and also put it into the dough.
Pour the dough into the bowl of the bread maker and set the "Baking" mode. In different bakeries, its duration is different: it will take about 70 minutes to bake this cake. The finished cake is cooled and cut into portions.
You can serve the cupcake with fresh juice, compote or tea, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Bon appetit!
