Cooking method
1) Put butter, egg, salt and sugar in a bread pan.
2) Fill in the water.
3) Fill in the flour and psilium (it should cover the water).
4) Add yeast.
5) Set the menu "White bread".
6) Set the mode "Medium crust".
6) Press "Start".
7) In order for the bread to rise better, I turn off the bread maker 50 minutes after pressing the "Start" button (before the baking process begins) and start the cooking process from the very beginning (respectively, the cooking time increases by 50 minutes and is approximately 4 hours 05 minutes).
8) Remove the finished product from the bread maker.
9) Allow the bread to cool slightly before serving.
